History is a fascinating subject. It helps us not only understand where we have been, but also where we are going. This week on the podcast we cover the history of wellness, which starts in the days of ancient China and India. From there we cover the developments in between, concluding with today’s wellness movement. Many of the ideas that seem so revolutionary now have existed for thousands of years. Today wellness is no longer a fringe idea, but a mainstream movement. Wellness programs are ubiquitous in addition to various other activities associated wellness, such as yoga, meditation, and tai chi. I hope this week’s show is informative and enjoyable!
