Happy Monday everyone, and thank you so much for checking out the first episode of The Force of Well podcast.  This week we are talking about the steps you can take to achieve every goal you set.  Setting goals is essential for success, and the process is more complex than just saying you want to do a certain thing.

That is a great start, but by taking the simple steps I outline in the podcast, you can create a structured plan to hold yourself accountable and achieve every goal you set.  I hope you enjoy this episode, and please leave a comment below, on social media, or via your preferred communication method.  Have a wonderful day and be well!

  1. Good Stuff. The stuff mentioned here align pretty well with S.M.A.R.T goals. Pretty good description can be found here: https://www.mindtools.com/pages/article/smart-goals.htm.
I recently set a smart goal to complete a Murphy (run a mile, 100 pullups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, and run a mile) with half the pull ups in an hour and a half. That is specific, you can measure your progress, I hope it is achievable, I want to get healthier so it is relevant, and it is time bound to be done by August 4th.
I recently timed a half Murphy to 2 and a half hours and was thinking about giving up, but your blog has inspired me to keep going.

    1. Very nice! That is an awesome goal, and I have no doubt you will get there. I am consistently amazed with what people can accomplish when they really focus on a goal. Let us know how it goes on August 4th!
